About Strides Horse Park T.E.M.S.
Strides Horse Park T.E.M.S. (Team of Employment and Management Specialist) Inc. was founded by President and CEO Urshla Dowdy, who brings personal experience as the parent of a son with autism. Since October 2014, Strides Horse Park T.E.M.S. Inc. has been committed to empowering special needs youth and young adults through resume building and job placement opportunities inside and outside of Douglas County. We are vendors for Vocational Rehabilitation Centers and are successfully increasing employability for Douglas County residents with disabilities for independent living—one opportunity at a time.
